Canadian data residency

Tenant data and backups stay in Canadian regions. Residency is a contractual term, not a configuration you have to remember to set.

Your identity provider, not ours

Entra ID over SAML 2.0 and Google Workspace over OIDC. Deprovisioning a user in your directory removes their access here — no second offboarding list.

Every action is attributable

Quote revisions, price-book publishes, and margin overrides are written to an append-only audit log against the acting user.
